Compacker has a family of palletizer machine products to meet your specific needs that can be added to our standard case packing machines or purchased seperately. Each of these standard case systems erects the case, packs the product, and seals the case as well as placing the case on the pallet, alternating the cases for proper interlocking and wrapping. If you need a unique or custom solution, we have 50 years of experience engineering solutions tailored to meet your specific needs.
Once your product is packed and sealed to your specifications we offer end of line solutions that can include a robotic case palletizing.
Each of our systems can be equipped with "RPS" tm Remote Product Support which allows our experienced technical support team to assist our customers without leaving their desk. RPS allows our support team to visually monitor the systems in real time, modify PLC code to correct or modify the system function, and verbally communicate with the customer. This will reduce downtime and save significant time and money.
